LEADING COPPER NICKEL 90/10 & 70/30 COLLAR MANUFACTURER & EXPORTER — ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED
Manufacturer, Exporter & Supplier of Copper-Nickel 90/10 & 70/30 Long Weld Neck Collar — ASME B16.9 · DIN 86037 · NAVSEA T9074
Manufacturer & Exporter of Copper-Nickel Long Weld Neck Collars (long pattern welding neck collar / ASME B16.9 long pattern stub end collar) in CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500) conforming to ASME B16.9, DIN 86037, NAVSEA T9074 and DEF STAN standards.
The Copper Nickel Long Weld Neck Collar is the extended-hub, long-pattern version of our welding neck collar range, engineered for applications requiring additional weld run-out length, greater resistance to bending stress at the joint, or compatibility with thicker pipe schedules. Manufactured to ASME B16.9 long-pattern proportions in CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500), the long weld neck collar is the preferred configuration for high-pressure marine piping, naval vessel piping systems and subsea process lines where joint reliability under cyclic and vibrational loading is critical.
The extended hub length of the Long Weld Neck Collar allows for smoother weld transitions, reduced heat-affected-zone stress concentration, and easier field alignment during shipyard erection — factors that make this configuration the standard choice for NAVSEA T9074 and UK DEF STAN compliant naval shipbuilding projects, as well as NORSOK-compliant offshore Norwegian Continental Shelf installations.
Sunflex Metalloy forges and CNC-machines every Long Weld Neck Collar in-house, with full traceability from certified CuNi billet through to finished component. Each batch is supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate, dimensional inspection report and PMI verification, reinforcing our position as a trusted Copper Nickel Collar Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter to the global marine and offshore industry.

* Dimensions are indicative and manufactured to the purchaser's drawing / applicable standard (ASME B16.9, MSS SP-43, MSS SP-75, DIN 86037). Custom sizes, special wall thicknesses and non-standard face preparations manufactured on request. Full certified drawings issued on order confirmation.
Prime-grade CuNi 90/10 / CuNi 70/30 billet sourced from certified mills. Incoming chemical composition verified by PMI (XRF) and spectrochemical analysis before production.
Billet forged to the extended long-pattern hub profile using controlled hydraulic press cycles, ensuring uniform grain flow through the full hub length for maximum fatigue resistance at the weld joint.
Long-pattern blanks CNC-machined to precise hub length, bore diameter, and ASME B16.9-compliant face dimensions, with particular attention to weld-prep bevel geometry for reliable field welding.
100% dimensional check, hydrostatic pressure test, spectrochemical chemical analysis, mechanical testing (tensile / hardness), visual inspection and PMI. EN 10204 3.1 MTC issued.
The extended hub of a Long Weld Neck Collar provides a longer, smoother transition between the pipe and the flange face, reducing stress concentration at the weld and improving fatigue resistance under cyclic loading — an important factor in high-pressure, high-vibration marine and offshore piping systems.
Yes. The long pattern configuration is widely specified for NAVSEA T9074 and UK DEF STAN compliant naval piping systems due to its superior weld joint reliability, and is also commonly specified on NORSOK-compliant offshore Norwegian Continental Shelf projects.
Copper Nickel Long Weld Neck Collars are manufactured for Class 150 through Class 2500 pressure ratings, matching the mating loose flange rating per ASME B16.5.
Yes. Sunflex Metalloy supports third-party inspection and witness testing by agencies such as Lloyd's Register, DNV, ABS, Bureau Veritas and BIS on request, in addition to our standard EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate.
